We need to brush for about two minutes each time using the right technique. <\/p>\n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n \n \n \n \n <\/div>\n\n\n

The right brushing technique is as follows :<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • The bristles of the brush are placed at 45 degree angle to the gums.<\/li>\n
  • Bristles of the brush should contact both the tooth surface and the gum line.<\/li>\n
  • Gently brush the outer tooth surface using a vibrating back and forth method.<\/li>\n
  • Repeat the same on rest of your teeth.<\/li>\n
  • Follow the same method brushing the tongue side and the palatal side of the teeth.<\/li>\n
  • Place the brush against the biting surface of the teeth and use gentle back and forth scrubbing motion.<\/li>\n
  • Brush the tongue back to front.<\/li>\n
  • Rinse well.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div>\n
